What we match on
Place: the same state, and the same metro area when you pick one
Track: residential or commercial
Language: English, Spanish or both
Availability: full-time, part-time or weekends, and in person or remote
Fit: property types, pay structure, and whether the supervisor has room for another trainee
The three steps
Express interest. Tap the button on a profile. The other person gets a notice.
They accept (or pass). Passing is private. Nobody is told “no”.
Contact details unlock. Once both accept, you each see the other’s name and email on your private page.
How verification works
Every listing can carry up to three badges:
✓ Email confirmed: required for everyone. Nothing goes live and no interest is sent until you open the confirmation link we email you.
✓ License verified: we checked your license number by hand against your state’s public license lookup: name, state and active status. Supervisors appear in browse only with this badge.
✓ ID verified: optional for everyone. You passed an ID check (ID document, liveness and face match).
Verified profiles rank higher in browse, and you can filter to Only show ID-verified. Supervisors can choose to accept interest only from ID-verified members. If you are ID-verified, you can tick Require ID verification to match when you express interest: the other person is asked to verify, and contact details unlock only after they accept and their ID check passes.
We keep only a pass or fail result and the check’s session ID. We never store ID images or document details. More on how we verify.

Agree on pay, ride-along schedule and your state’s inspection log or affidavit in writing before you start.
Never pay a supervisor to sign your inspection log.
