What we collect
We collect what you enter in your profile (including your email and, for license holders, your license number and issuing state), and basic, anonymous site analytics. The newsletter form is still a preview and doesn’t store data.
Verification
- Email: we send a one-time confirmation link; your listing goes live only after you open it.
- License: we check your license number, name and state against your state’s public license lookup. Your license number is never shown on your listing.
- Optional ID check: run by Didit under its own verification privacy notice. We receive and keep only a pass or fail result and the session ID. We never receive or store your ID images, selfie or document details. How we verify
How profiles work
- Your profile details are visible to other users, except your email, phone and resume.
- Those are shared only with someone you accept as a match.
- You can choose to appear as “Anonymous trainee”.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal information.
- We don’t share your contact details with sponsors.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile and unsubscribe from email at any time. To ask about your data, email [email protected].
